Since founding his architectural firm in 2002, Michael Gorski has sought to use his design and management skills to provide clients with a home or home renovation of the most exceptional value, utility, and elegance. He combines his clients’ ideas along with his own in a collaborative process that creates a unique home, one that the client feels is distinctly their own. Michael structures his practice to allow him to devote full attention to each client, providing an extraordinary level of personalized service and ensuring the success of the project. He carefully manages each project’s budget by conducting a series of cost reviews with regional building contractors. Michael works almost exclusively in Connecticut’s Fairfield County and New York’s Westchester County. There, his familiarity with local planning and building departments allows him to negotiate complex zoning and building code issues. During the construction process, Michael’s carefully crafted drawings, precise specifications, and experienced site observation ensure that the design concept is realized as initially envisioned. Michael has assembled a dedicated group of consultants to assist him, allowing him to offer a complete menu of architectural and related design services to his clients. Michael’s team, consisting of some of the area’s most talented landscape architects, interior designers, and engineers, can design residential projects both small and large, simple and complex.
