Michigan Computer Supply opened it's doors in 1999 at it's present downtown Ann Arbor location as a wholesale distributor of computer supplies. Printer supplies comprised of a majority of inventory and sales. Since then we have included printer and copier repairs, bar code products and services, engineering supplies, and computer accessories and peripherals and special services. In October 2006 www.micomputersupply.com introduced it's catalog of products to compete with the national and web based wholesale distributors of computers and related products. Prices are always competitive and negotiable. We try for next day delivery and freight is often included. Up charging freight and handling charges is a con of our industry and can be a primary source of their profits. Where we differ from web based competition is that we are still people communicating with people helping you make good product decisions. When products are mis-ordered, incorrectly specified, or arrive DOA, Michigan Computer SUpply takes responsibility, collects the product and issues a credit immediately. We take on the nightmare of returning products to vendors for you. This saves our customers hours of misery and many dollars since products often end up in IT's black hole of perfectly good products with no use or value. Michigan Computer Supply specializes in custom services for our customers. This might be hardware recycling, temporary storage, on-hand inventory staging of specialty products, or short term staffing for installation or upgrades. We are loyal to our customers in providing products in a timely manner at competitive prices while helping in any way possible.
