About Michigan Language Center
Founded in 1978, the Michigan Language Center (MLC) - the longest running private English language school in Ann Arbor, MI - serves international students and business executives from over 25 countries and the vast international population studying at the University of Michigan and living in Ann Arbor. The MLC has had over 50,000 student enrollments since it began. It’s instructors have taught executives from leading multinational companies and at world-class universities. Students have gone on to significantly improve their TOEFL scores, gain admissions to a variety of US universities and colleges in many different states and to improve their business success. The center is accredited by ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training) which is recognized by the US Department of Education. This allows the Michigan Language Center to issue the Form I-20, which is the first step in applying for a student visa to the United States. The Michigan Language Center is located in beautiful downtown Ann Arbor, home of the University of Michigan, which is the #1 Public University in the United States (according to QS University Ranking).
