Mici Brothers Ltd has been providing award winning construction services for over 16 years. We are based in North London and work on projects across the capital. Over the last 16 years we have gained extensive experience working on a wide range of project types on residential, commercial and mixed use properties and sites We are able to take any project from inception through to completion covering all building stages including: - Demolition - Ground works - RC frames - Brickwork & cladding systems - Mechanical & Electrical installations - All internal fitting including fixtures and finishes Ethos We relish being part of a project team and are often involved with our clients and their designers at an early stage to provide assistance in construction techniques/value engineering proposals, particularly on restricted urban sites to enable projects proceed from the drawing board to completion. Over the last 16 years we have worked on a variety of project types and formats. This has included traditional consultant procurement by JCT Intermediate or Minor Works contracts. In addition to our focus on the quality of projects/finish, we are also fully aware that project costs and timeframes are often a major issue to our clients. All permanent staff receive high levels of health and Safety training. Domestic and nominated subcontractors also have to meet our high standards before we are prepared to appoint them.
