We were established in July 2011 acquiring Mercian Corporation's pharmaceuticals and chemical businesses. We have a wealth of experience in the industry of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), feed, agricultural and food chemicals, using fermentation and bioconversion. In addition to manufacturing Anthracycline anticancer APIs, we have also expanded our production experience and our own library of microbial resources to the production of various highly potent substances and proteins, which have been highly appreciated by our customers. Specializing in rapidly-growing China market, Shenzhen Main Luck Pharmaceuticals Inc., an associated company in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China, formulates anticancer products and sells the final products. Uniquely with the strong support of our stockholders Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Toray Industries, Inc. on a global scale, we will strive to achieve technological innovation, under an open and active culture, contributing to society and growing through the production of high-quality medicines, and ensuring their stable supply and productivity.
