Micronz has been supplying the British manufacturing industry with state of art Swiss and German CNC grinding machines, tooling and accessories since 2000. Our team are specialised in the analysis and enhancement of grinding methods and the development of solutions to reduce machining times whilst improving quality - making your products more competitive. Since setting out with the Studer and Greber brands we have continuously increased the range of machines and products we offer and our portfolio now covers most aspects of high precision CNC grinding technology. More recently, Micronz began representing the Klingelnberg Group across the UK - Klingelnberg is one of the leading companies in the gear industry with particular expertise in calculation, production, and measuring technology. Klingelnberg expanded its product portfolio following the acquisition of Höfler Maschinenbau GmbH in 2012; adding gear manufacturing machines for cylindrical gears. Micronz is also proud to represent the Dr Kaiser brand in the UK, in particular dressing and profiling of conventional-, diamond- and CBN grinding wheels; grinding and cutting with high precision diamond- and CBN grinding wheels and tools; wear protection of highly sensitive parts; fixture drive and control of diamond dressing tools. Over the last two decades Micronz has supplied hundreds of high-end machines to the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Medical, Tooling, Higher Education, Subcontracting, Gauge Making and Ceramic Manufacturing industries.
