We are a specialist medical device company with market leading, game changing solutions in microwave ablation. Our products deliver significant technological and clinical advances to physicians and patients in minimally invasive, soft tissue ablation. Our flag-ship product, the Accu2i percutaneous microwave tissue ablation (pMTA) applicator, is the most powerful soft tissue ablation product available, combining extreme ease of use with the widest range of clinical applications. This device is a single high power, high frequency 2.45GHz, saline-cooled microwave needle that is between three to 10 times faster than other devices. It can address tissue masses up to 5.6cm in size in just six minutes. Clinicians have used the Accu2i pMTA applicator primarily in the treatment of liver and lung disease. The device was CE-marked in February 2010, FDA 510(k) cleared in August 2010, approved for use in Australia and New Zealand in August 2010, and gained a Health Canada license in January 2011. More than 100 Acculis systems are in commercial use in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Asia. We also possess microwave designs for endometrial ablation, venous occlusion and wide range of other clinical applications.
