Mid-Columbia Children’s Council (MCCC) is a local non-profit organization that ensures that all children, regardless of their circumstances, have access to a high-quality, early childhood education in Oregon and Washington. For more than 50 years MCCC has provided early education programs, family resources and community support to income-eligible families located in the Columbia River Gorge. MCCC’s no-cost programs change the lives of nearly 700 families each year and are designed to stimulate growth mentally, socially, emotionally and physically—ultimately preparing children for success in school and throughout life.
