About Middle Ground

Middle Ground is a network that we have created to bring women in the marketing and creative industry together. It was formed with the purpose to act as a community to allow females in all roles and positions to discuss, listen and share their experiences. - To discuss the undiscussed. With everyone sharing their thoughts and feelings on different matters, we hope to inspire those who might have lost their self confidence or need support with anything they are facing on both a personal and professional level. We hope this community will allow people to meet like minded individuals who they can confide in and also help motivate each other to succeed. As well as this support network, Until Proven Otherwise is also a content hub which can be accessed by anyone at anytime for those who might not yet have the confidence to put themselves out there and speak to different people. Whether it be through self help books or podcast recommendations, or suggested webinars or training courses to attend within the industry, we want females to be able to find the answers to their questions easily and in a safe space without any pressure or judgement. From our own experiences, we feel that a network like this is missing, which values and supports females at all levels including junior executives all the way up to board level. Until Proven Otherwise is what we are hoping bridges the gap for the individuals who feel unmotivated or alone in this industry.
