Since 1986, our message as Holst Chiropractic has been that mental, physical and bio-chemical stress is the cause of not only the condition we treat, but nearly every single other condition that affects us, including cancer. Over this time we have developed strategies and procedures to mitigate the affects of mental, physical, and bio-chemical stress on our bodies. As such, on March 6, 2017 we changed our name to Middletown Health, Wellness and Chiropractic, a name more inline with all the services we provide. While a multi-therapeutic approach is often the best approach, any one of our services are available on their own. Neurofeedback: NFB is a well-documented modality to help "sort brain-wave patterns" that are experiencing dysregulation. Conditions know to be helped include: depression, anxiety, anger, insomnia, and focus-issues. True Cellular Detox: Our premier cellular detox program to address heavy metals, mold, and other biologics for increased energy, decreased achiness, and clearer thought. Backsafe: A nationwide injury prevention company. We go into industry to train employees in job-specific workshops to work safe and reduce the risk of injury. Chiropractic: We provide a number of tried and true techniques to reduce the impact of spinal pressure on our nervous system.
