About Midland Corrosion Services
Midland Corrosion Services (MCS) has been providing independent testing and consultancy services to industries in the area of corrosion since 2001. We investigate and assess corrosion for various sectors including, building services, automobile, water/wastewater treatment and railway systems. MCS also has significant experience in the testing of chemical products such as corrosion/scale inhibitors, cleaning agents, heating additives or other chemicals used in building water systems. We are the only independent (UK) laboratory approved by the global organisation NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) to carry out corrosion inhibitor evaluation according to the Corrosion Inhibitor Approval Scheme (CIAS). We provide customised corrosion testing, materials selection, design and consultancy services. We also provide independent litigation technical support. We offer various NDT (non-destructive testing) services for water systems of building sectors. MCS became a part of the Sandberg Group in 2018.
