About MidMichigan Community Health Services
Our organization was founded by concerned residents in the early 1970s to address the severe shortage of primary care in our area. We are still run by a local volunteer board of directors, helping to ensure that our services meet the community's needs. We focus on preventive health care, health education, counseling and health promotion. Our mission is to provide you medical care that is: High Quality, Community-driven, Patient-focused, and Easy for all to access. We believe that quality health care is a right and should be provided to all people regardless of age, sex, race or financial status. We treat patients and visitors with respect, dignity and confidentiality. We also emphasize personalized, family-oriented care and will coordinate medical services to help you receive timely, consistent follow-up for all your health care needs, including physical, mental and emotional needs. We operate Primary Care Offices, School-Based offices, a School Wellness Program, Pharmacies, an Urgent Care and Substance Use Disorder Program.
