We are dedicated to implementing capital improvements and interior / exterior renovations within occupied senior communities. Midwest CCM was founded in 2013 by co-owners Chip Tyrer and Scott McDowell. From the very beginning the Midwest vision has been to specialize its construction services within the Senior Housing market. It’s extremely fulfilling to know that the work we execute ultimately contributes to a better home and lifestyle for our elderly population. Whether it’s a half day installation or a yearlong all-encompassing renovation, at Midwest CCM we understand the safety requirements needed to effectively execute construction projects within an occupied community. We know our associates and subcontractors are our most valuable asset, which is why we provide them with the training necessary to succeed within this specialized industry. Our professional project managers possess the knowledge, experience and dedication required to ensure our client’s goals are always surpassed. We take great pride in their problem-solving skills and logical approach to the construction process. The onsite superintendents are managers, not working foremen. Our superintendents are intimately familiar with proper building procedures across a wide range of trades and scopes; most importantly, they have the leadership, detailed attention and planning skills required to manage any project. Our partnerships with established subcontractors that have proven track records, is also critical to fulfilling our mission. These relationships continue to prove valuable for our clients and their residents.
