Midwest Constructors, LLC is an Indianapolis based construction manager and general contractor. With more than 100 years of collective experience, our team has the knowledge and technical capabilities to deliver high quality results in new construction, renovation, design/build, structural concrete, steel erection and site utilities. In addition, Midwest Constructors has a full in-house production shop to serve all construction needs. When industry veterans Neal Burnett and Tom Arnold founded Midwest Constructors in 2005, they began with a mission to help their clients better serve their customers through innovative, quality construction delivered on time, within budget and in a safe environment for all. Midwest Constructors continues to embrace the mission of quality for the most challenging projects. Our attention to detail every day ensures that this happens. Which is why so many clients return to us for their next project. GENERAL CONTRACTOR The Midwest team has the experience and resources necessary to build successful projects. Through our hands-on approach, we minimize the owner's risk by utilizing state-of-the-art project management tools that allow us to get it right the first time. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Either at-risk or as an owner's agent, Midwest provides the management oversight necessary to successfully construct projects of any size. We manage each project from the earliest stages until completion, reducing owner risk, maintaining schedules and delivering projects on time and on budget. DESIGN/BUILD CONTRACTOR We seamlessly join the design and construction components of a project, from initial concept through completion. We provide owners with a single contract and single point of accountability. SELF-PERFORMING CONTRACTOR We've successfully constructed several large complex concrete and steel projects. This regularly results in savings of over 10% to our clients by not having the added cost of subcontractor overhead and profit.
