Miele Canada was established in 1989, and is headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, just north of Toronto. For more than 30 years, Canadians have enthusiastically embraced high-quality Miele appliances and products. Today, Miele is widely accepted as Canada’s premium manufacturer of high-end domestic appliances and commercial equipment and is respected for its quality and customer care. With the exception of vacuum cleaners, Miele sells their domestic appliances directly to consumers through carefully selected Miele Chartered Agents, chosen for their advocacy and adherence to the Miele philosophy of ‘forever better’. Miele vacuum cleaners are available exclusively through selected Miele Authorized Vacuum Dealers, whereas the commercial equipment and the cleaning and disinfecting range are sold both direct to the end consumer and through selected specialized partners. Miele operates their own delivery and service organization from their premises in all provinces and, in addition, have appointed service agents in all provinces who attend regular service training sessions to ensure that a high service standard is maintained at all times. The growth of Miele in Canada has led to the establishment of Miele Experience Centres in Vancouver, Calgary, Vaughan, Toronto and Montreal – where customers can see, use, experience and purchase Miele in a relaxed environment. The Miele motto of Immer Besser (‘forever better’) is stringently applied to everything Miele approaches, not only to Miele products, but also to the standard of customer service and the personal conviction of Miele employees across Canada.
