At Mikasa, we are a family-first facility. We care for and love our family, and we want to extend that to residents who are looking for a place to call home. Our mission is to provide a safe and comfortable environment where our residents can receive the highest quality of care. Our goal is to provide exceptional care for residents. We strive to provide quality care and services to those that we serve. While offering satisfying employment for those that we employ. We provide care for the elderly in a variety of settings. Our commitment to quality includes a staff pledge to continuous quality improvement, caring, and competence in their work. Mikasa offers a variety of services, from long-term care to hospice services. Together with our compassionate, personalized approach, we are able to create an environment best suited for each resident. Per long-term care residents, Mikasa will provide each resident with a safe and welcoming home as if it were their own. Providing them with services and activities to ensure comfortable living. Per hospice residents, Mikasa will provide the care needed for each hospice resident but also provide comfort and support to both the resident and the family members or responsible party. All the while maintaining the dignity and respect of each resident.
