Mike Cass has been working in the design and construction industry for 20 years. During this time he gained experience in a range of project sizes and budgets. He developed his skills in construction and landscaping and his understanding of design principles. Mike now specialises in boutique pools and landscaping for residential properties. As the Director and Principal Designer of Sydney-based, design it landscapes, Mike has completed designs for projects in London, New Zealand and in a number of states in Australia. design it, is involved in the whole process from consultation and design to the construction or management of the project. More recently, Mike has been involved in indoor spaces. Mike's experience in the construction industry has allowed him to consult and collaborate with both architects and interior designers. This ensures the design meets the aesthetic and functional needs of his clients and their interiors.. With the experience and skills Mike has developed over the years, his design approach considers the feasibility of construction and the order of implementation. Mike has worked in both the consultation, design and construction of a number of interior projects. From layouts and fit outs to furniture design. With both friends and work colleagues involved in a number of creative industries such as art, photography, styling, interior design, and graphic design, Mike is always surrounded by artists. Through his travels, experience and natural creative flair, Mike is always finding new inspiration to develop his designs.
