We believe that a healthy product has to be more than just low calorie or low in carbohydrates. In our mind it is all about how and where those calories, carbohydrates, and other nutritional values are being derived from. All Mikey's products are certified paleo and handcrafted for those consumers who cannot or choose not to eat gluten, grain, dairy, or soy. Our flagship product line, Mikey’s English Muffins, were launched into retail in May of 2014. Mikey's products are now sold nationally throughout the United States in retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Albertsons/Safeway, Kroger, Sprouts, Walmart, and more.
