Mila has been at the heart of the UK hardware industry since 1980. Now a £25m turnover business, we supply the trade, merchant and retail sectors with both our own brand and third party window and door hardware from leading brands such as Yale and Siegenia. Our products are used across the PVC, aluminium and timber markets and our aim is always to set the benchmark in terms of quality, innovation, delivery and customer experience. Our numbers speak for themselves: • More than 10,000 SKUs are available at our 60,000 sq ft Daventry warehouse • Our On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery score for 2016 was 99%, and we delivered third party products to market faster and more efficiently than any other distributor. • In 2016, we invested more than £1m in an IT upgrade as part of a commitment to continuous improvement. • Our innovative, 100% recyclable GRIP handle designed in-house is the only window handle in the UK to be certified by the Carbon Trust. • Our in-house product design team typically have 30 products ‘on the drawing board’ at any time, many of which are bespoke for customers. • Our team members sit on a number of industry boards and steering groups, helping to drive positive change in the industry via the GGF, SBD and DHF. • Since 2011, Mila has won 5 trophies at the industry’s prestigious G-Awards.
