Milestone is a construction planning consultancy based in the UK providing expert, flexible and reliable construction planning resource. Known initially as Underhill Project Controls, Milestone was founded in July 2014 by Mick Underhill with a single goal: to create predictability. Mick realised that the construction industry was crying out for construction planners who can both improve your chances of winning a tender and manage a programme on-site. Since then we have supported projects from Hull to Falmouth in sectors as different as Defence, Clean Tech and Elderly Living. Our biggest completed live project to date topped £107m (we have others ongoing). Our most valuable tender to date exceeded £300m. We work for public sector clients, design consultancies, main contractors and construction companies. Milestone has a team of specialist construction planners supported by a graphics team. This team-based approach means our charges are competitive and guarantee continuity for you. Our growth has been entirely on the back of doing good work for our clients on time and on budget.
