We are a cooperative of milk producers with following goals : 1 : Hedging the milk price and feed cost on international dairy futures markets. 2 : Getting smarter in the dairy business and market The milk price is hedged by using existing futures such as milk powder, butter, whey powder and liquid milk. DLV (United Experts) has developed a smart hedging method with hedged prices referring to milk prices in the physical market. The MTC is working together with milk processors who want to hedge their milk prices as well. We have started our trading in Belgium and The Netherlands and are looking forward to dairy farmers in other EU countries as well.
