Millers Larder are artisan producers of handmade chutneys, jeelies, pickles and Perfyit Piccalilli. We were delighted to pick up a Scotland Food & Drink Foodservice Excellence Award ( 2016) for our Perfyit Piccalilli and also Supplier Outstanding Achievement Award at the SWA awards 2022! We have taken our own traditional family recipes and by giving them an updated twist and have created fresh modern day tastes to accompany a whole range of foods. We are both classically trained chefs and are passionate about provenance, sourcing and cooking using seasonal ingredients. Our products are made for chefs and our local customers by chefs and all in small batches. We use fresh natural ingredients, with no additives and LoSalt which has 66% less sodium than table, rock and sea salts. A sprinkling of carrot stars goes into every batch of our delicious Perfyit Piccalilli. It’s important for us we that we support local business as well as promoting Scottish & British farmers, growers, fishing baking and hospitality industries whenever possible.
