This entire endeavour started with two men and their philosophy of quality over quantity. Milton and Chambers hadn’t always planned to enter the professional beverage business, but as they put it, “we simply wanted to make honest, high-quality spirits and liqueurs that our friends and family could enjoy, particularly those with special dietary requirements.” It was that simple, and it has stayed that simple. Milton and Chambers now privately produce over 50 different spirits and liqueurs that have been enjoyed by their friends and family and they will be making the first one commercially available in 2023. It has taken time to develop each recipe and to ensure the quality of the production process. From selection of ingredients to equipment for production nothing is left to chance to ensure that they make the finest spirits they possibly can.
