About MIM-Kyiv Business School
MIM-Kyiv being scientific and practical business school creates new vision for the civilized development of Ukrainian entrepreneurship and its integration into world economy. It was established in 1989 as a joint venture between the International Management Institute (IMI-Geneva) and the Institute of Economy of the National Academy of Science in Ukraine. It was MIM-Kyiv that first offered an MBA program based on international standards to the post-Soviet managers in 1990 has remained since then the leader of business education in the country. MIM-Kyiv was recognized by the Eduniversal as the best business school in Ukraine 6 times (2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017). For last years MIM-Kyiv has dramatically increased its activities going beyond the national market and establishing its presence region-wide. In 2015 MIM-Kyiv was awarded AMBA accreditation in addition to its more than 10 years long CEEMAN IQA accreditation. So far, MIM-Kyiv’s MBA is one of only 4 Eastern European AMBA accredited programs except Russia. Later in 2015 year MIM-Kyiv joined the AACSB international. Thus, MIM-Kyiv is one of the not many schools in the region being present in regional – focused and global associations. In addition to its ongoing cooperation with the IMD and its World Competitiveness Center (Switzerland), Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School (both the USA) MIM-Kyiv launched the cooperation with the Business School of the Stellenbosch University (South Africa). We believe that all the above mentioned is a strong evidence of MIM-Kyiv’s transformation from the national business education leader to the regional market player with significant international influence actively present in at least three regions (Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the North America and Africa).
