Mimi’s House was developed to fulfill a fundamental belief – we must do more to care for our loved ones. When we were looking for a place for my mom, we were frustrated by the difficulty of finding a place where she could truly feel "at home." We developed Mimi's House to provide that core need we all have to live in an environment where we feel loved and known. Our excellent caregiver to resident ratio of 1:4 greatly exceeds the industry standard. With aging comes great change. Changes in health, the role within family, and what we can look forward to getting out of every single day. This is often a time of transition away from independence, a time when we must depend on family and friends to help us make important decisions about the future. Mimi’s House provides a safe, warm, and loving home for seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, mobility, and medication management. Because of our many years of experience working with seniors with acquired disabilities and cognitive impairment, we cater to those who need assistance with memory.
