Our firm employs a psychometric approach and cutting-edge behavioural science to develop strategies that delve deep into the whys and hows of people's behaviour, helping to answer your questions. We consult on existing evidence-based measurements and help your organization to develop bespoke tools to fit your unique needs, from individual tools to organizational-level tools. We help you build information gathering strategies and implementation plans, organizing and maintaining your data, and analyzing and reporting on your data -- all customized to your particular situation. We do this all so that the data collection system serves you. We can handle data from all kinds of sources. Numbers. Focus groups. Interviews. Text. We can even develop data collection tools. For qualitative projects, we sometimes use programs to assist in analysis, but we don't rely entirely on them. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can't handle things like subtext or sarcasm and has its limitations. For instance, we worked on a project that involved uncovering a response pattern specially designed to hide from AI.
