About Mind and Matter

At Mind and Matter we believe that businesses can be better, stronger and more purposeful with a mindful culture and sustainable mindfulness interventions. Our names are Charlotte Williams, Nisha Vyas, Vanessa Vyapooree and Charlotte Whewell. We are event and content professionals who each have a personal interest in mindfulness and are passionate about delivering high-quality events, with integrity. Mindfulness in the workplace has exploded onto the scene in 2015, with more forward-thinking employers recognising its benefits in reducing stress, improving well being and increasing productivity. Mindful leaders; with qualities of compassion, focus, creativity and resilience; are also transforming businesses in this new era of uncertainty and disruption. As this practice is increasingly adopted in the corporate world, advocates continue to debate its application, sustainability and effectiveness in business.
