Entrepreneur, Educator, and Founder of the Mind Body Coaching Academy. I am so excited that you're here and grateful for the opportunity to share some knowledge with you, so welcome to the community! I started my career as a nutritionist & personal trainer working your typical 9-5. I consistently saw my clients struggling to reach their goals regardless of how much "work" they put in, and knew there had to be a better way for me to support them. I developed the Strong Mind Strong Body Method of coaching, and now both teach and certify other health professionals to use this method as well. Myself and the Mind Body Coaching Academy are on a mission to change the way health professionals approach their client's transformation by ensuring they have the knowledge & tools to take a holistic approach with each and every client.
