Mind Health Transformation utilises both Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Lifestyle Prescriptions to help treat and assist each client in becoming their best self. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic method developed by Marisa Peer. Based in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, RTT utilises a particular set of techniques that when applied in a specific order produce outstanding results. Lifestyle Prescription is a revolutionary health paradigm based on organ–mind–brain anatomy. Health coaching in this area looks at the root causes of stress triggers, emotions, beliefs, and lifestyle habits effecting many symptoms. Combining both modalities as well as a variety of other techniques ensures that each client is able to reach their full potential and address the root cause of their presenting issue. A core part of Mind Health Transformation is the audio recordings which work at addressing the subconscious part of the brain whilst the client is at rest.
