About Mind Kaizen

Mind Kaizen is a mentorship faction of V1000 Joint Leadership Ventures, a dedicated team of young professionals and students aiming to build a positive lifestyle for Gen Z and Gen Y. The brand is built on a kaizen philosophy, which promotes continuous continuous growth through daily action and commitment for progress. Our tenacious aptitude to work hard as a 1st and 2nd Gen community helped us build an inclusive community where young adults can be empowered with mentorship and entrepreneurship to provide financial independence for the generation that came before us. We leverage V1000's mentorship program to help our ambassadors learn about FIRE, entreprenuership, and human-centered business. Since 2014, we've mentored over 600 brand ambassadors in personal branding and entrepreneurship. Mission Kaizen is aimed at supporting high school seniors, undergrads, and young professional in starting their journey in entrepreneurship by leading success workshops and social commerce projects. These are designed to encourage our ambassadors to develop their 1) brand identity 2) streams of income 3) personal motivations. This program is proud to be sponsored and supported by top online consumer brands who help our ambassadors reach their personal goals. Our partners include Nike, Under Armour, G&H, XSGear, Satinique, Glister, Expedia, Macy's, etc. Our ambassador team works with these suppliers online and take part in a profit-sharing model using multiple social media platforms. We integrate ideas and strategies to increase revenue streams on both ends so that our ambassadors are successful in establishing their online brand with ease. We build our brand loyalty by practicing good social franchising and developing trusting relationships with our end consumers so that they have a product they can rely on.
