About Mind Mastery Wellness

Mind Mastery is a unique and innovative initiative that brings the high performance technology and training methodology into the corporate world. We start by providing a sophisticated and proven evaluation system utilized by many nationally ranked sports organizations to identify an individual’s and team’s greatest opportunities for improvement and enhance strong skills even further. We then utilize technology and several highly regarded professionals that specialize in things from creative brainstorming and strategic planning down to Brain Gym programs which is centered around utilizing specific exercise to stimulate the brain and improve moods and morale. We utilize performance based technology to enhance cognitive and leadership skills like reasoning, memory and processing speed just to name a few. Implementing the new habits and skills over several weeks and months through our weekly accountability and coaching program facilitated by certified performance coaches and therapists. This helps individuals address personal and work related challenges and allows them to get the most out of our workshops and cognitive training. We cap off our program by doing another wave of assessments to measure improved results and provide measurable Value and Return on Investment. We strive to equip an organization's workplace and employees with tools to overcome challenges both individually and as a team and help them realize their full potential and to make them more engaged and passionate about their work. All our programs can be facilitated either in office or online.
