About Mind Mat Coaching

I’ve developed Mind Mat Coaching because I believe that growing up in these crazy times can be pretty hard, and it feels to me as if there is a gap in the support available to teens, children, parents and education professionals to help them cope with the growing challenges of this century. I have tried it on my own skin. Therapy helped me a lot through my challenges as a troubled teen, losing my dad at a young age, and later in life as a new mum of a child with special needs fighting a life-threatening genetic disease. After a few years my therapy journey ended, and I felt I needed something more future focused, proactive, and energizing, something that would help me get my life back on track and start to live fully again. That’s how I discovered Coaching. And it changed my life. I wish I found coaching sooner, and I wish I had a coach during my turbulent teenage years. And I wish for you to try and see how it can help you or your child. I am a strong believer in prevention. Starting to look after our mental health sooner in life can help build that resilience, self-confidence, and strong coping strategies that we so need to become fulfilled adults. I specialize in helping with big life transitions (moving to a new country, changing school, starting university, dealing with a health or mental health diagnosis) and I support to build self-confidence and resilience, enhancing clarity and sharper decision making.
