Mind Works is a private psychotherapy practice with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy approaches. Our offer includes individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, online help (Skype sessions), psychological diagnosis, testing, psychological consultations, as well as thematic psychological workshops. We help people who suffer from depression, stress-related and anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, interpersonal problems, eating disorders, emotional problems, personality disorders, difficulties in building or maintaining relationships, and disorders associated with experienced traumatic events. We support couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship or would like to look at their functioning in a relationship with a partner. We teach them, among others things, better communication in order to solve current crises and prevent their emergence in the future. We also work with children on their emotionality and supporting development from an early age. We organize psychological workshops for parents and students, and psycho-education classes on mental disorders. We work in both Polish and English.
