As founder of MindBusiness, LLC, my calling is to help individuals and organizations remove their own success barriers by educating them on the mental foundations for success. After more than ten years of leadership, sales, training, and consulting experience, I have come to understand that the most common causes of personal dysfunction within an individual are thoughts and feelings of unworthiness and unforgiveness. We live in a society that does not teach people how to truly embrace self-love. Instead, we are taught to compare ourselves to others, judge ourselves, demean and degrade our appearance, and many other self-sabotaging behaviors that poison our mental atmosphere. Therefore, when an organization employs individuals who harbor these hidden internal blocks, over time this energy is silently infused into company culture. My firm takes a personal approach to organizational transformation by addressing and removing individual success barriers, which only happens through personal revelation. Why this approach?
