About MindFit

MindFit is a one-of-a-kind psychology clinic – or what we prefer to call a “gym” – with expert “Coaches” (i.e., psychologists), specialized “Programs” (i.e., treatment plans) and personalized “Workouts” (i.e., treatment sessions) for getting and staying in emotional shape. Just like a physical gym welcomes people of all ages and abilities with a common goal of getting and staying physically healthy, MindFit is designed to be accessible and inviting to anyone seeking to improve their emotional well-being. MindFit offers comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, adults, parents and families for a wide range of challenges (e.g., anxiety, low mood, ADD/ADHD, challenging behaviours etc.) but currently specializes in the treatment of tics, Tourette’s Syndrome and repetitive behaviours (e.g., skin picking and hair pulling).
