- Warm welcome to Mindful - "Attentive, Aware, Present" Mindful was established in August 2002 and has since been engaged in education and coaching in various forms. Our strength lies in our pedagogy, innovative methods, and high-quality content. Mindful's educational programs and coaching interventions all share a focus on individual development. Each participant and student who comes to us has an individually set goal, regardless of the intervention. It is based on these goals that we collaboratively create the individuals' process to achieve the development they require. We base this on the individual's conditions and possibilities as well as the realities of their professional field. We place importance on the individuals' own reflections, where they continuously contemplate how the new knowledge can be implemented in the organization they are about to join or are working in. We have been using this working method for over 20 years and consider the successes to stand out in the industry. We observe that individuals enhance their self-esteem in connection with this development. Employers who have utilized our services attest that their personnel have gained an understanding of how their new skills can be applied within the organization, thereby strengthening the operations.
