We are a small group of therapist providing individual, couples and family counseling to teens and adults struggling with concerns ranging from life transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders to deeper trauma wounds. We have therapist that provide EMDR, Brainspotting, as well as many other modalities including Self Compassion, ACT, and IFS. Our goal is to create a compassionate supportive environment to address your concerns and assist in living a more connected and fulfiling way.
