About Mindful Monkeys

Our company works with children and parents to educate them on emotional resilience, connection and empathy for self and others. We believe that shifting our focus, introducing a strength based mindset and facilitating acceptance can move families away from conflict into easier, stress free living. Through a unique blend of mindfulness, coaching, NLP, storytelling and education family's lives are transformed and balance is restored. Led by our Director Lesley Fraser, our company has a unique blend of specialities, which includes integrating science and the most recent research available, to create informed practice helping heal past trauma, promoting secure attachment where good emotional self-regulation can be achieved. Working together with our clients, we understand how earth shattering it can be to receive a diagnosis that your child may be suffering from ADHD, ASD or need additional emotional support and feel you have no set path to assistance. We equally understand that parent's have a desire to make home life as stress free as possible. Our 6 week Mindful Monkeys® Better Together Programme helps our families create better communication strategies where everyone feels heard and supported resulting in a more harmonious foundation to family life. Our company has been created out of the need for an alternative solution to the very complex world our generation has created. We help families create calm where there was chaos, support parents to become more confident in their choices resulting in less conflict in the home. We help parents find new approaches to modern family living and not be constrained by the old ways of thinking or 'being'. At Mindful Monkeys® we help adults to break free from the old ways and create a safe space to bring in the new.
