You can’t be or do all that you’re meant to, if you’re always running on empty! Hi! I’m Jill, Founder of Mindful Renaissance, and I provide mindfully based approaches to reducing stress. I work to help professional women discover effective strategies for overcoming stressors arising from the hectic pace of modern life. With over 30 years of professional experience within corporate and other organizational settings, I am intimately familiar with the stress that is typically present in those environments. My ideal clients often experience any or all of the following: • that their daily To Do lists are out of control • as if they’re stuck on a never-ending treadmill • that their personal lives are also becoming over-scheduled with community or volunteer activities With training in several holistic paradigms, I’m also uniquely equipped to design strategies that can be readily integrated into even the busiest of schedules, so they can begin to reclaim a sense of control and re-prioritize their time without over-extending their “capacity budget”. My passion for this work derives from a belief that if we are to successfully navigate today’s tumultuous times and make the world a better place, then we need all hands-on deck. I think it is a terrible waste, if they are unable to, due to stress and overwhelm, and I can help with that.
