We are a trio of fabulous, diet-adverse (though we all try!) time-poor women who for many years believed that diet and healthy eating involved low-calorie, tasteless food that left us hungry and wanting more! Tired of following fad diets, and of cooking separate dishes for our husbands and kids; we have spent the last couple of years experimenting with our favourite recipes to bring you a selection of delicious, nutritious weekday lunches and dinners that will leave you and your family full! Our meals are prepared at home, using the freshest of ingredients and we cater for all tastes; vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or meat eaters, our varied menu changes monthly; your hardest decision will be what dishes to chose for the week ahead!
