About Mindfullness

Mindfullness helps people in Michigan ages 6 to 100 develop a healthy relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. We do this by: • Helping patients heal through a warm, supportive environment, personalized care, and evidence-based practices. • Helping schools, camps, gyms, studios, athletic organizations and clinicians get the training they need to prevent and/or properly navigate eating disorder concerns among the populations they serve. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: We envision a world where complete recovery from eating disorders is possible for everyone, and where people live free from food and weight preoccupation. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Our mission is to provide compassionate, specialized mental health care for people of all ages struggling with eating disorders and body image concerns. We honor the courage it takes to seek change and stand alongside our clients every step of the way, addressing not only eating disorders, but also related challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
