About Mindfulness Bulgaria Academy

We are Mindfulness Bulgaria - associate member of the European Association of All Mindfulness Associations in Europe - EAMBA. Our mission is to help as many Bulgarians as possible to cope with stress, burnout, overload and conflicts in their work and everyday life in a natural way for our mind and body and with proven methods. We intend to make our courses accessible to everyone. We work only with teachers and instructors qualified and licensed by accredited organizations and with programs that are approved by medical associations in the USA, the UK, the Netherlands and other countries in Europe where teaching and practicing mindfulness is part of everyday life for many people: in business companies, in hospitals, the army, schools, even in prisons, or in the parliaments of some countries. The mindfulness method and programs are gaining popularity not only as a way to cope with everyday stress, burnout, chronic or autoimmune conditions, but also as a way to connect with ourselves on a new level, to learn to perceive the world in a new way and to solve some previously intractable problems." In 2020, for the first time in Bulgaria, we launched the globally proven comprehensive Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme as created by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Since then we've trained individuals and groups, organisational teams and the general public in Bulgaria. Already about 60+ participants have received certificates and are continuing their meetings after the program to deepen their practice. They could also continue their training to work as teachers or mindfulness champions.
