Hello I am Dustin Dean a highly accomplished Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 24 years of experience, now focused on redefining mental wellness and performance coaching for high-achieving individuals through my latest venture, MindMaxED Institute. My background as both a Professor and Provider informs every session I lead. I understand the psychological toll of leadership, caregiving, and performance at the highest levels, and I know how to help you shift from surviving to thriving.
