After a personal journey of recovery from hip surgery—where I lost over 18kg in weight and 8 cm around my waist in a couple of years. I transformed not just my body, but my mindset—I recognised that resilience, self-mastery, physical and mental wellbeing are at the heart of sustainable success. Today, I combine my experience in guiding executives with my passion for coaching and mentoring.
