Mindo Chocolate Makers is a bean-to-bar chocolate company crafting award-winning chocolate using heirloom Nacional cacao. Rooted in both Ecuador and Michigan, we go far beyond fair trade. We work directly with local farmers who grow cacao in regenerative agroforestry systems that preserve biodiversity, protect native forests, and support rural livelihoods. Every step of our process—from fermentation to stone-grinding—is done with care to bring out the true flavor of the cacao.
