Minds Forward is a trustworthy and innovative agile team of change agents. As DEI and Wellbeing ambassadors, we are a development consulting group specializing in mental health, training, and coaching. We facilitate engaging activities that go beyond theoretical concepts, offering real-life examples and practical experiences. We are three female founders with diverse cultural backgrounds, corporate and social expertise, and at different life stages. Our shared purpose is simple yet profound: to make employees' experiences happier through team and group coaching, mentoring, and personalized trainings.
