The problem with any change initiative is people and their resistance to change. Up until now it has been really hard to scientifically evaluate an entire population affected by change - whether this be 500 people in an organisation being asked to use new technology, or a whole nation looking at a political shift. Mindset Dynamics has developed the Perception Clarity Methodology (PCM), which is an innovative and highly scalable solution that helps change agents to identify who in the population is highly receptive to the change, and more importantly what are the motivational forces driving the disengaged parts of the population. Not only does the solution scientifically analyse the population by creating relatable personas and surfacing entrenched beliefs, but in working with the change management team, Mindset Dynamics provides actionable insights to allow them to better communicate, educate, facilitate and engage with everyone to achieve a successful change initiative. PCM was developed within the context of CEO Dr Abena Dadze-Arthur's 6 year academic research project, and is now supported by the University of Birmingham as an Operating Division, allowing them to deliver these high value services to clients all around the world.
