Welcome to Mindset Vitality, a registered charity dedicated to supporting bereaved individuals on their journey of grief. Our primary mission is to provide rapid and accessible assistance to those in need, with a special focus on the South Wales community. Our vision is a world where people easily access information and support to cope with bereavement, fostering well-being during challenging times. We strive to create an environment where bereaved individuals can find solace and connection, breaking the barriers of isolation often experienced during the grieving process. At Mindset Vitality, we offer two key services: Bereavement Friendship Groups: Our local support groups provide a safe space for bereaved individuals to share their experiences, feelings, and thoughts. These groups aim to normalize the emotions that accompany grief and provide compassionate peer support. Online Therapeutic Group Programme: For those seeking more intensive support, we offer an online therapeutic program. Led by experienced professionals, this program provides a structured approach to healing and coping with grief. It is essential to note that while we are active on LinkedIn and strive to be responsive from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, our platform is not a crisis support service.
