MindShift Coaching’s lifecoach Anna Brismar helps individuals identify, transform and heal any unwanted emotional and physical symptoms (often stress-related) as well as underlying limiting beliefs, which cause suffering and hold them back in life. For this purpose, Anna has developed a holistic coaching process called Into Essence (TM), which involves five main steps. In each step, the client is guided to go deeper into the essential aspects within his/her body, heart and subconscious mind that seek to be heard and felt. Once these essential aspects have been acknowledged and fully experienced, they can be released, transformed and integrated, which leads the client on an inner journey of awakening, healing and personal development. Along these five steps, she also uses the Enneagram personality framework to add further clarity and direction. Although the coaching ideally involves all five steps, the process will always be tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Background: Anna Brismar is a Certified Clear Beliefs Coach, an EFT tapping practitioner (with regular practice since 2012), and an Enneagram practitioner (with Diplomas from the EnneagramCenter in Stockholm). Also, she has studied Behavioural Science, including Psychology, and Coaching/Counceling methodology at universities in Stockholm. Fundamentally, she holds a PhD in the interdisciplinary field of water, environment and deveopment, 2003.
