About Mindsmith Thinking
We developed MST System Thinking to give a deeper insight into thinking and behaviour. We use this knowledge to empower people, and develop the potential of organisations. We speak at events, we train, we coach and share knowledge. We provide solutions for people challenges and provide insight in our talks as to how they can be prevented. We don't just help you understand people, we are also skilled in helping people adapt behaviour We created a unique model to help clients understand "The Mind's Thinking System". It is called the Three Level's of Cognition (3lc). Its initial applications was to : 1.Show how organisations can improve the effectiveness cost and preventative measures for mental health support. It is a method that identifies causes and does to confuse them as symptoms. 2.Improves the way they deal with grievance and internal collaboration and conflict issues 3. Improves the way organisations deal with external complaints by improving the understanding of behaviour and how to respond to it. 4. Develop Leaders in improving their understanding of people and responses and how to become better leaders as a result Mindsmith One This is practical approach to solving problems currently discussed under the banner "DEI". It looks at difference not as a problem in itself but at the real challenge of how we have come to think about difference. It creates programmes to address these challenges for employees and to help leaders navigate the challenge of discussing the issues for fear of negative judgment. We empower those who label themselves as different. We do that by sharing deeper knowledge of how belief systems work and how they are overcome. We use our adaptive support to help people overcome those difficulties.
